I'll be honest with you.

The only decent previous team you have is Technique, you state Mid+ for yourself yet we consider ourselves a High team (kudos for being honest), your steam ID is rather new and you seem a bit young.

It all comes across as if you're not very experienced, we may have another two joining to form a core 5 anyway so its unlikely anyone would be accepted right now.
